As a Global Compensation Director, supporting the human resource department, you will be trusted to work on compensation program designs for North America, Canada and Latin America from our Fort Worth, Texas.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Leading broad-based compensation programs, including base salary structures, maintaining our enterprise job catalog and creation of new job evaluations
• Evaluating policies, classifications, and benefits to ensure Alcon stays a driven employer to people strategies.
• Communicating with outside vendors.
• Providing a consultative approach to multiple business units within the organization.
• Evaluating market data, assess business conditions and legal requirements, and promote industry standard methodologies to ensure continued internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 10 Years of Validated Experience
• A resourceful and consultative mentality to build impact.
• Travel Requirements: 15% Domestic, 5% International
