Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Compensation Analyst to be part of making that happen.  The Compensation Analyst assists with complex analysis and engages in administration of total rewards processes and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop proficiency in analytical processes related to assessing competitive positioning: surveys, job evaluation tools, and compensation program methodology such as maintaining pay structures.
  • Execute processes that ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FLSA) and internal policy guidelines (e.g., program eligibility).
  • Perform audits on both an ad-hoc and regular basis under the general guidance of direct manager or more senior staff.
  • Partner both within the department and across functional groups on compensation program administration.
  • Develop expertise in delivering knowledge from a specialized area to audiences with a more general knowledge.
  • Own management of internal tools or processes as designated (e.g., templates, job library, survey submission).  Actively seek improvements to these tools and processes.
  • Learn the nuances of regulatory requirements in the areas AWN operates.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
  • 3+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Intermediate skills in conducting analysis on subjects such as salary, incentive and bonus compensation, sales compensation, or equity.
  • Some understanding of the business, industry competitors, and how they impact compensation decisions.
  • General knowledge of legal regulations affecting compensation administration.
  • Ability to assimilate and increase knowledge of concepts across the compensation function.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information accurately and concisely.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills including formula writing.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
