We are expanding our Compensation team!

As the Senior Executive Compensation Analyst, you will support the administration of our global equity and executive compensation programs. This will include our long-term incentive and deferred compensation plans. You will be part of a highly collaborative team and need to display excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. In addition, demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Lead elements of the global executive and equity compensation processes and programs. This will include grant issuance, grant vesting, share purchases, share issuance, forfeitures, cancellations, share tracking, dividend reconciliation, stock ownership guidelines for executives, and various enrollments.
  • Develop and enhance guidelines, education, and communication related to executive compensation programs.
  • Utilize your Excel expertise to analyze existing programs and the potential impact of alternative and future programs.
  • Develop compensation materials for the Compensation Committee and senior leaders, including annual Proxy filing, incentive plan design and incentive outcomes.
  • Participate in annual salary surveys, evaluate and analyze salary data and market competitiveness.
  • Support or lead compensation strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Conduct analysis, testing, and implementation of compensation system changes.
  • Remain current on legal and governance developments associated with public-company executive compensation programs, including proxy advisor guidance.
  • Collaborate with the broader compensation team.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Global Executive compensation experience within a public company.
  • Advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables, vlookups, and sumifs.
  • Detail orientation, strong analytical and verbal communication skills, integrity in creating and delivering high-quality work, and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experienced team player who has communicated with individuals at all levels of the organization while maintaining professional composure.

  • Highly proficient at adapting to varying demands and multiple deliverables; can pivot quickly when change occurs.

Pay Range:

$69,800.00 – $116,400.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
