Job Description

The Compensation Analyst will support the day-to-day compensation activities to include job evaluations and market pricing of jobs, guidance on compensation recommendations, creating job codes, and supporting the implementation of variable pay plans. The Compensation Analyst will support the Compensation Manager in all matters concerning the oversight and administration of global broad-based compensation programs (salary and non-sales short-term incentives).

Key Responsibilities

•    Conducts compensation and market analysis of roles•    Creates and maintains updates job codes and profiles•    Maintains and updates job library and positions in Success Factors and Market Pay•    Assists HR Business Partners with compensation related issues•    Assists with maintaining Compensation Policies and Processes•    Assists with testing and administration of bonus programs•    Collaborates with the Compensation Manager on various projects •    Supports the business with requests related to job analysis, job evaluation, and benchmarking jobs to be competitive•    Participates in benchmarking and setting of compensation targets•    Provides support to the Total Rewards team for ad hoc projects




The ideal candidate will possess:•    1-3 years of relevant experience •    Bachelor’s degree in business or related field•    Advanced Excel skills are required•    Team player and effective collaborator•    Ability to work independently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment•    Able to manage multiple projects and day-to-day operations concurrently•    Must be able to collect, weigh, and analyze data and provide recommendations•    Working knowledge of math and statistical processes •    Understanding of relevant and emerging U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations
