We are seeking a Sales Analytics Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The Sales Analytics Manager position is responsible for overseeing the reporting, analysis, and visualization of sales enablement data for the Corza Ophthalmology business unit.

What you will do

  • Develop and administer Corza Ophthalmology’s US sales compensation program.
  • Define overall sales leading and lagging indicators and provide analytic insight independently or in partnership with sales and marketing leaders.
  • Build and maintain automated, insightful dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI to track business metrics and share actionable insights.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify relevant insights and recommend strategic plans in collaboration with Commercial and Executive Leadership.
  • Contribute to Corza Medical’s master data management initiative to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across the organization.
  • Effectively communicate sophisticated analytics to the sales team and broader audience.
  • Assist in defining required data flow functionality and mapping of Salesforce or other sales technology to business processes.
  • Keep pace with new data analysis, sales intelligence trends, and industry developments.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial data analytics.
  • Required experience in managing sales compensation plans.
  • Strongly preferred experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Required experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Preferred experience in Master Data Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a results-oriented focus.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Impeccable organizational and process efficiency skills, superb attention to detail, and ability to distill complex problems into easily digestible information that will inform decisions.
  • Experience working at mid to large medical device organizations with comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with employees and leaders.
  • Experience leading the implementation and management of data visualization software with target audiences including sales representatives, marketing, and leadership.
  • High level of skill both working independently and as a leader of project teams.
  • Take initiative, lead, organize, and complete projects on time and with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize on the go.

Education, Credentials, or Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, or a related field or related work experience.
