The Compensation Analyst, plans, develops, implements, administers and maintains compensation programs that support the company’s global pay philosophy, objectives, competitive position and local practices. Areas of focus include base pay, incentive pay and, on occasion, executive compensation. Participates in compensation surveys and ensures global application of competitive pay practices. Evaluates programs, trends and / or new technologies and recommends changes and improvements. Formulates recommendations to assist with development of company salary structures, job revisions and organizational structures. Reviews compliance with existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.


  • Provides compensation support for assigned business unit(s) of the organization. (US and Latin America)
  • Supports team efforts to deliver compensation services to larger organizational groups.
  • Advises / supports assigned organization on incentive, bonus and annual merit pay administration.
  • Coordinates year-end processes (timetable, economic data compilation, spreadsheet templates, communication material).
  • Implements new / improved processes as assigned.
  • Ensures internal and equity within assigned business unit(s).
  • Consults with and trains HR professionals on compensation matters.
  • Analyzes incumbent pay and provides remediation strategies.
  • Participates in post-acquisition compensation integration and job leveling.
  • Collaborates on design and review of special compensation programs and / or incentive systems.
  • Assists with compensation trend analysis; provides point-in-time status reports and completes ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Ensures FLSA alignment.


Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Compensation, for both the United States and Latin America
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Bilingual in Spanish, is preferred

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant experience.
