As a Senior Analyst, Compensation Special Projects, you will be responsible for the design and administration of compensation programs that support our Total Rewards strategy and company-wide objectives. You will participate in, and lead, special projects, or processes. A strong analytical background and ability to adapt to change in an evolving, global, and matrixed work environment are key to success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in various compensation-related projects and initiatives as directed by the Senior Director, Global Compensation
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of job architecture and career level framework, including job codes, definitions, levels and market pricing
- Support the implementation and migration to the newly selected Equity tool administration
- Collaborate on compensation system design and enhancement
- Conduct audits of employee compensation data and participate in system testing/setup
- Develop cost models and forecast analyses to help inform, influence, and execute business decisions
- Evaluate current programs to identify continuous improvement opportunities and make recommendations for enhancement
- Collaborate on administration of company variable pay programs and processes
- Partner with Finance on planning and accrual processes
- Stays abreast of trends and best practices through networking and research
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation programs for a large organization
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of laws and requirements as they apply to base compensation, incentive compensation, and equity programs
- CCP certification a plus
- Understanding of equity plans and regulations is a plus
- Familiarity with international compensation a plus
- Familiarity with project management principals, tools and templates including timeline development
- Thrives in a collaborative, matrixed work environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience in manipulating and reporting data; ability to summarize and communicate complex information for different audiences including executives
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills paramount
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Experience with market pricing tools such as MarketPay
- Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
- Attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
