Senior Manager, Compensation and Analytics – Miami, FL

As the Senior Manager of Sales Compensation, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing the sales compensation programs within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Human Resources, to ensure that the sales compensation plans align with business objectives, motivate the sales force, and drive desired outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of sales performance metrics, a strategic mindset, and the ability to analyze and optimize compensation structures. 



  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Evaluate and benchmark existing compensation structures, ensuring competitiveness in the market to attract and retain top talent. 
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to gather, analyze, and interpret compensation-related data. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market trends, internal equity considerations, and performance metrics. 
  • Conduct regular salary surveys to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure the organization’s compensation packages remain competitive. Benchmark internal positions against industry standards to maintain a fair and equitable pay structure. 
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to develop, review, and update compensation policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. 
  • Design and manage performance incentive programs, linking compensation to individual and organizational performance goals. Monitor the effectiveness of incentive structures and recommend adjustments as needed. 
  • Develop communication strategies to effectively convey compensation policies and changes to employees. Provide education and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters. 
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to develop and manage the compensation budget. Provide financial forecasts and analysis related to compensation expenses. 
  • Work closely with HR business partners to align compensation strategies with overall HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention, and employee development. 
  • Lead a team of compensation analysts and specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment 



  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align compensation practices with broader organizational goals. You should have a forward-looking approach to developing and implementing compensation strategies that drive business success. 
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Experience in leveraging data to make informed decisions, assess market trends, and provide strategic insights on compensation matters. 
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and trends. Familiarity with various compensation structures, incentive programs, and an understanding of how they impact employee motivation and performance. 
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead a team of compensation professionals. You should inspire and motivate your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex compensation concepts to various stakeholders.  
  • The capacity to adapt to evolving business needs and changes in the external labor market. An ability to proactively adjust compensation strategies in response to organizational shifts or market dynamics. 
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with HR business partners, finance teams, and senior leadership. The ability to collaborate across departments to align compensation strategies with broader HR and organizational objectives. 
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address compensation-related challenges. This includes resolving issues related to internal equity, market competitiveness, and employee satisfaction.
