Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct salary surveys to ensure the organization’s pay structure is competitive.
  • Analyze job descriptions, classifications, and organizational structures to ensure internal equity.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark positions and recommend competitive salary structures.
  • Perform job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grades.
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure compensation practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Regularly review and update compensation policies to reflect organizational and market changes.
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including merit increases and Short-term incentive distributions.
  • Analyze and interpret salary survey data to guide compensation decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation metrics and trends to senior leadership.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation for external audits.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
  • Provide training and support to HR and management on compensation policies and practices.
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to integrate compensation practices with overall business strategies.
  • Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in compensation analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis software, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
