The Opportunity

  • Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, you will lead the relationship and compensation strategy for your assigned client group, serving as a trusted partner and advisor to the business (leaders) and People team partners. You also will be a lead partner on the global Compensation and Total Rewards team, being an advocate for our comp philosophy and guiding principles each day while also bringing fresh perspective and subject-matter expertise.

Your Impact

  • Provide high-level strategic compensation support and leadership for assigned client groups on behalf of the Compensation COE.
  • Develop relationships with People Partners and business leaders across the organization as a strategic partner and subject matter expert.
  • Provide recommendations on department compensation strategy, market positioning and deep dive comp analytics, annual market reviews, job evaluations and offers.
  • Provide ongoing education on important compensation topics, support of annual processes such as compensation planning, and other ad-hoc projects to support client areas.
  • Conduct Annual Market Reviews on behalf of client areas.
  • Be a lead member of the Total Rewards leadership team, and partner with the global Comp leadership team to recommend improvements to tools, strategy and philosophy.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, activities and/or projects as assigned.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience using compensation principles, to provide guidance on compensation packages and philosophy.
  • 5+ years experience leveraging market research to recommend new compensation guidelines.
  • 5+ years experience reviewing and implementing regulatory and compliance aspects of compensation.
  • 5+ years experience consulting, implementing, and guiding all compensation related programs for their industries.
