Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:

Manage all aspects of global broad-based compensation, including: base salary structures, maintaining and managing our enterprise job catalogue, allowance programs, new job evaluations and market survey library and participation.

Evaluate market data, monitor business conditions and legal requirements, and promote industry best practices to ensure continued internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation.

Specific Job Duties:

Seek opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of the company’s compensation programs. Recommend new strategies which attract and retain current and prospective employees; development of retention tools as appropriate.
Conduct research and analysis, identify design alternatives, and model cost implications for proposed compensation changes.
Participate in the development, implementation and communication of global incentive programs including corporate bonus program, and other similar programs which motivate and engage various employee groups.
Develop and deliver robust compensation training and communication for business leaders and HR Business Partners to support base and variable compensation programs as well as adherence to national and local regulatory rules.
Present and seek buy in and approval for annual merit increases, innovative new plans, LTIP payments, etc.
Develop and update all policies, processes and guidelines for all compensation areas.
Support successful implementation of compensation business processes in the HRIS system.
Coordinate and partner with payroll to ensure accuracy of information and timely payouts.
Ensure accuracy of data and timely submission for all internal as well as external compensation audits.
Draft and check accuracy for all compensation communication and documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment-related federal and state statutory requirements.
Liaison with North America Shared Services center on compensation related items.
Advise HRBP team and business managers on all compensation related questions
Assist in preparing offers for internal transfers and recommendations of salaries.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive related experience in broad-based compensation design and management.
CCP certification is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools

Highly developed consultative skills to assist HR business partners to problem solve and develop creative solutions within the construct of our enterprise compensation philosophy.
Experience working with a HRIS (Workday experience strongly preferred).
Strong technology focus with orientation to automate processes wherever possible.
Excellent business acumen, strong strategic planning, financial, numerical and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to create, implement, market, measure and evaluate compensation strategies, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrated history of working as a team member in a cross functional business environment and the ability to form relationships at all levels of the organization.
Outstanding people management and development skills. Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills are a must.
Advanced MS Excel experience (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
Ability to manage deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Must be well organized, able to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments.
