Sentara Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Senior Compensation Consultant.
Job Summary:
Support the VP, Total Rewards in the design, budgeting, implementation, and reporting of compensation practices and policies of Sentara Healthcare. The role requires the ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines with good organizational and interpersonal abilities. This position is 100% remote work.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and/or comparable degree and experience in a related field required.
- Five years or more of compensation practitioner experience required.
- Basic experience of leading compensation projects or reviewing the work of others (4 to 6 months) required.
- Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised
- Experience in a healthcare operations setting preferred
- CCP Preferred.
- Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised;
- Prior experience using Workday preferred.

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $83,600 (annually) to $125,400 (annually).
This position is 100% Remote. Candidates must have a current residence in one of the following states or be willing to relocate: FL, GA, IN, MD, NV, SC, NC, SD, TN, TX, WA, VA, WV, WI
