Compensation Certification 2 Week Online Program

The 2 week online program will be held each Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST for two weeks. This will allow attendees to absorb the material with the least amount of disruption from their jobs.

Tuition for the live online program is $3,850 per participant and includes all materials, plus the book Pay Matters: The Art and Science of Employee Compensation written by Instructor David Weaver. A minimum of 5 participants is required to conduct the online training.

The 1 week program will be held Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST. This will allow attendees to become quickly immersed in the material and it will give participants the opportunity to complete the Program in a short duration.
